Case studies
They built it elsewhere. What would it look like in Thailand?
HYROX
A standardized fitness race: eight 1 km runs, each followed by a workout station, run the same way in every city.
What would a Thai fitness format look like, one that anyone could race?Oatly
An oat drink brand built on an enzyme process for oats, sold as an everyday alternative to dairy.
Which Thai ingredient could become the world's next everyday drink or food?Mānuka honey and UMF
New Zealand honey sold by a numeric grade, UMF, that measures what is inside each jar.
Which Thai ingredient deserves its own grade, and who would run the test? What you can build
Any innovation. Our goal is to help you scale.
We are open to physical products, digital solutions and services, and to new processes and brands. If it helps people live well for longer and starts from Thailand, whether its heritage, its research or how Thais live and train today, we want to hear from you.
Physical products
- Premium graded ingredients, like Thai honey or turmeric sold on measured quality
- Functional and future foods, like lower-sugar Thai desserts
- Measuring devices, like a tool that measures active compounds in herbs or tracks balance
Digital solutions
- Apps, like a Thai-movement coach that helps older adults prevent falls
- Screens that read voice, snoring or hearing in Thai
- Data and AI tools for clinics, spas and insurers
Services
- Thai massage and wellness programs that hospitals and insurers can buy
- Testing, grading and certification services
- Music and movement programs for care homes
- Fitness programs and events, from running clubs to new ways to train
New processes and brands
- Better ways to extract, grade or make Thai ingredients at scale
- Products from Thai university research, licensed or spun out
- A global consumer brand built on one Thai ingredient, the way Oatly built one on oats
These are examples to spark ideas, not a limit. If it helps people live well for longer and starts from Thailand, bring it.

FAQ
Questions people ask.
What is Thailand Longevity Ventures?
Thailand Longevity Ventures (TLV) is a platform by SEA Bridge, a venture studio based in Bangkok. It helps founders, researchers and partners build longevity products and services from Thai heritage and modern Thai know-how, from herbs, food and Thai massage to Thai research and new ways to train, and test them with science.
What does Thai longevity mean?
Two things: the ways Thais have stayed well for generations, such as herbal medicine, Thai food, Nuad Thai massage, Muay Thai and music, and what Thailand is learning now, from Thai research and labs to how Thais run, train and eat today. TLV helps turn both into products and services with measured results.
Who is TLV for?
Founders and students building a venture, researchers with a Thai ingredient or practice to test, companies looking for new products, and agencies, universities and investors who want to back them.
How do I start building a Thai longevity venture?
Pick one of the six areas, then follow the six steps: choose an asset, know your regulatory route, prove it, make it, sell in Thailand and go abroad. Each step links to the official agencies, labs, rules and funders.
What is the TLV Challenge?
The TLV Challenge is an open call for Thai longevity ideas. Teams bring ideas built on Thai heritage or modern Thai know-how, and the best move on to Venture Building with SEA Bridge and partners. The first call is an AI hackathon; in future calls, companies and partners can set their own challenges.
When is the Thailand Longevity Ventures AI Hackathon?
The pilot edition is open for registrations of interest on the Challenge page, and the dates are still to be announced.
Who runs TLV?
SEA Bridge runs TLV with its partners. Partners and other organizations active in Thai longevity are listed on the Who's involved page.
